Urgent requirement for a Part Time Accounts assistant to join a well respected membership body on a temporary basis until the end of the year.
The contract is for 22.5 hours, which can be done over 3. 4 or 5 days, based in their offices in London They need someone as soon as possible and the contract will run until the end of the year.
Duties will include:
Processing the purchase ledger - coding invoices, obtaining authorisation and sending to
Autoentry for entry into Sage50.
Process and verify new supplier information.
Raise monthly sales invoices in Sage50 and send to customer with supporting
documentation and upload to customers portals where necessary.
Update the programmes system with invoice and payment details.
Chasing up outstanding invoices.
General finance administrative tasks as required.
You'll need and eye for details and excellent MS Excel skills
The client offers a collaborative and supportive environment to work and is happy to provide some support and training. They are also willing to consider candidates who are studying Accountancy or finance related subjects.
The temporary contract is paying £16p/h and is for a term of 6 months
