In this key role, you will help maintain the site to the highest standards, promote a positive working culture, and support our commitment to health and safety across the business.
Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain the site and all facilities to an exceptional standard
• Carry out regular site inspections to identify areas for focus and improvement
• Report any damage, defects, or maintenance issues in a timely manner
• Conduct minor DIY repairs (no specialist knowledge required)
• Keep the building and exterior areas clear, clean, and safe
• Work closely with the operations team to support site needs
• Contribute to health and safety awareness and compliance across the site
• Promote a high-standard and positive culture throughout the workplace

About You: To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you will need:

• Proven experience in a facilities, specialist, or similar hands-on role
• A background in working in a fast-paced environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• A practical, can-do attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
