Purchase Ledger - Part-Time

A part-time Purchase Ledger Clerk is required in an office-based role for 8 hours per week. 

This is a fixed-term contract until end of the year. Future permanent opportunities may arise in Bristol from 2026. 

THE ROLE:

• Inputting supplier and subcontractor purchase invoices
• Sending remittances
• Collating creditor payment runs
• Checking supplier statements
• Liaising with the finance team.

KEY SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

• Previous purchase ledger or bookkeeping experience
• Ideally experience with Sage Line 50 and CIS.
