Who We're Looking For
Qualified Teachers (QTS strongly preferred) Experienced educators seeking greater flexibility Teachers looking to transition away from classroom teaching Professionals seeking additional hours alongside existing roles Confident practitioners who can engage and motivate learners on a 1:1 basis
Our Students
You'll be supporting children and young people with a variety of additional needs, including:
Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs ADHD Anxiety and emotionally based school avoidance Learners requiring alternative provision or additional educational support
