Qualified Supply Teacher

Aspire People are seeking qualified Supply Teachers to support our range of schools across Rutland and the surrounding areas.

What we can offer can range from a day's cover to a term's cover to cover for the entire academic year.

A QTS is essential to be considered for these positions.

What will you be doing?

- Deliver pre-planned lessons across various subjects and year groups.
- Manage classroom behaviour and maintain a positive learning environment.
- Adapt teaching methods to meet the needs of all students.
- Ensure students remain engaged and motivated in their learning.
- Provide feedback on student progress and lesson outcomes.
- Collaborate with school staff and follow school policies and procedures.

What do we need from you?

- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.
- Proven experience teaching in UK schools.
- Strong classroom management and organisational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Flexibility and adaptability to work across different year groups and subjects.
- Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
