Quality and Compliance Officer

Quality and Compliance Officer – Romford

Raynet Care is seeking an experienced and organised Quality and Compliance Officer to join our team in Romford.

The successful candidate will help maintain high standards across our domiciliary care, supported living and community-based services.

Key responsibilities include:

* Carrying out announced and unannounced staff spot checks

* Visiting service users in their homes to review the quality of care

* Obtaining feedback from service users and their families

* Completing quality audits and compliance checks

* Reviewing care plans, risk assessments and daily records

* Supporting CQC compliance and inspection preparation

* Monitoring staff training, supervision, DBS checks and personnel files

* Reviewing policies and procedures

* Investigating complaints, incidents and safeguarding concerns

* Preparing reports and service improvement plans

* Following up actions to ensure they are completed on time

Applicants should have experience in health or social care compliance, a good understanding of CQC regulations and strong written, organisational and IT skills.

A driving licence and access to a vehicle are desirable, as the role includes travelling to service users’ homes.
