Quality Technologist – FMCG (Food/Ingredients) - 12 months FTC
London (Hybrid – 2 days in office)

Pod Talent are working with a global leader in the ingredients and nutrition space on an exciting new Quality Technologist opportunity (12 months FTC), sitting within their supplier-focused quality team. This is a brilliant role for someone with experience in food or nutrition manufacturing, looking to deepen their expertise across supplier approvals, audits, and quality systems within a fast-paced, international environment.

What you’ll be doing:

• Lead the renewal and approval of supplier audit packs across a wide global base
• Manage quality documentation across systems (Docuware, FBSS, ADW) and ensure compliance with internal and external standards
• Support new supplier onboarding, including risk assessments and certification checks (e.g., Organic, FAMI-QS, Animal Feed)
• Handle technical queries, non-conformances, and blocked inventory reviews
• Contribute to HACCP meetings and support continuous improvement of the QMS

What we’re looking for:

• 3+ years of experience in Quality, Technical or R&D roles within food, ingredients or nutrition industries
• Strong knowledge of HACCP, BRC (Food or Agents & Brokers) and food legislation
• Experience working with retailer spec systems (e.g., QADEX, Hamilton Grant)
• Some exposure to auditing and managing complaints/non-conformances
• Highly organised, proactive and comfortable managing tight timelines
