In this role, you will manage all aspects of managing project costs, both new and ongoing, while ensuring projects stay within budget. You will collaborate with senior team members to ensure the financial and commercial success of each project.

This position is ideal for a Quantity Surveyor with a minimum of 3-5 experience in the Civil Engineering public sector who can hit the ground running, whilst being part of one of the most exciting Civil Engineering companies in South Wales.

THE ROLE

• Cost Estimating and Budgeting
• Material Take-offs and On-site Measurements
• Supplier and Subcontractor Evaluation
• Contract Administration
• Cost Monitoring and Reporting
• Procurement Support
• Record Keeping
• Site Visits

THE PERSON

• Quantity Surveyor with civil engineering public sector experience, looking for part time to full time work
• 3-5 years' experience minimum
• Based in South Wales
