RE Teacher | Islington | ASAP Start (Part-Time)

An Independent school in Islington requires a dedicated RE Teacher, starting ASAP for a temporary, part-time position. The right RE Teacher will deliver engaging lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging RE Teacher lessons, tailored to the curriculum.


• Prepare students for assessments.


• Develop students' understanding of religious and philosophical concepts.


• Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback.


• Contribute to the development of RE resources.

Requirements

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with a specialism in Religious Education.


• Proven experience teaching RE at secondary level.


• Strong subject knowledge and a passion for religious studies.


• Excellent communication and organisational skills.


• Ability to engage and motivate students.
