An award-winning UK law firm with a top-tier real estate and energy offering is looking for a talented Real Estate Solicitor (2+ PQE) to join its growing Energy & Infrastructure team in Southampton. This is an exciting opportunity to work at the forefront of the energy transition, advising on complex land and property matters for high-profile renewable and infrastructure projects across the UK.

The Role
You'll support clients across a wide range of energy projects-including solar, battery storage, wind, EV infrastructure, and hydrogen-working on land rights, lease structures, acquisitions, disposals, and long-term development schemes. The work spans from early-stage project structuring to post-completion asset management.

What We're Looking For

• A qualified Lawyer (England & Wales) with 2+ years' PQE in real estate
• Strong experience with commercial property transactions, ideally with exposure to energy or infrastructure projects
• Excellent technical and drafting skills
• A commercial, solution-focused approach
• Strong communication and client relationship abilities
• Interest or prior experience in the energy or renewables sector highly advantageous
• A team player who enjoys working collaboratively in a multi-disciplinary environment
