A major UK law firm with a nationally recognised real estate practice is looking for a driven and commercially focused Real Estate Solicitor (1+ PQE) to join its successful and collaborative team in Southampton. This is a fantastic opportunity to handle complex, high-value real estate transactions with a diverse client base and supportive senior leadership.

The Role
You'll be involved in a broad range of high-quality commercial real estate matters, including:

• Landlord and tenant work
• Acquisitions and disposals
• Portfolio management and asset transactions
• Strategic development and investment work

You'll also have the opportunity to support junior team members and contribute to a strong culture of knowledge-sharing and collaboration.

What We're Looking For

• Qualified Lawyer (England & Wales) with a minimum of 1 year post-qualified experience
• Previous experience at a large regional or City firm with exposure to complex real estate matters
• Strong technical ability with a practical, commercial approach
• Experience advising landlords and/or tenants on large property portfolios
• Excellent communication skills and an ability to build trusted client relationships
• A team player with a proactive mindset and interest in networking and business development
• Ideally, some experience in mentoring or supporting junior colleagues
