Part-Time Receptionist
Location: Cirencester, Gloucestershire
Hours: 22.5 hours per week (Wednesday, Thursday, Friday - 8:30am to 4:30pm with 30 mins lunch)
Contract Type: Temporary (Ongoing) - Could lead to permanent
DBS: You will be required to have a DBS which will be done by us or if you have a portable DBS that would be ideal

We are seeking a part timefriendly, resilient, and highly organised Receptionist to join a dedicated team at a vibrant Centre in Cirencester. This is a front-of-house role where you’ll be the warm and welcoming face of the centre, offering crucial support to visitors and staff alike.

Key Responsibilities as a part time Receptionist:

• Front desk reception duties - welcoming families, professionals, and contractors

• Handling phone enquiries and providing guidance, referrals, and signposting in partnership with the triage team

• Supporting daily centre operations and community activities

• Booking rooms, recording footfall, and basic health & safety support

• Light admin tasks using Outlook, Microsoft Office, and Teams

• Liaising with and supporting centre management and staff

To be successful as a part time Receptionist you will need to demonstrate:

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

• Unflappable and confident in dealing with sensitive and community situations

• Good admin and IT competence (including Microsoft Office)

• Comfortable working in a family-focused environment

• Previous experience in a community or reception setting is a plus
