Job Title: Part-Time Receptionist
Location: Northwest London
Hours: Wednesday- Fridays 845am- 5pm
Salary: £14 per hour plus holiday

Overview:

We are seeking a professional and personable Part-Time Receptionist/Administrator to join a prestigious institution. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a front-facing position, enjoys providing excellent service, and is highly organised.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist visitors, staff, and members in a courteous and professional manner
• Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence
• Maintain reception and common areas to a high standard
• Provide administrative support including data entry, document preparation, and filing
• Assist with scheduling meetings and managing room bookings
• Support event coordination and internal communications

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and general office systems
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information
