• Hourly Rate: £12.50
• Location: Newbury
• Job Type: Part-time to start ASAP, Temporary for 2-3 months
• Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 1pm-5pm

We are seeking a part-time Receptionist for a temporary assignment lasting 2-3 months. This role is ideal for someone with excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanour.

Day-to-day of the role:

• Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office.
• Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office.
• Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
• Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material.
• Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail/deliveries.
• Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing and photocopying.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven work experience as a Receptionist, or similar role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Professional attitude and appearance.
• Solid written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise.
• Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks.
