Receptionist

The Receptionist position in the FMCG industry requires a professional individual to manage front desk operations and provide administrative support. This temporary role in Duns is ideal for someone organised and eager to contribute to a fast-paced environment. This role is temporary until December 2025, part time hours - Wednesday to Friday 8-4pm, paying £12.66 per hour.

Description

Is to be the first point of contact to all visitors and callers whilst supporting a wide range of business-related activity. To undertake tasks as determined by the Resourcing Manager, including but not limited to:

· Meeting and greeting visitors

· Answering calls in an efficient timescale

· Routing calls and taking messages

· Managing incoming and outgoing deliveries

· Ordering stationary

· Assisting with travel/site visits

· Meeting room coordination

Profile

· Strong IT skills including SAP, Microsoft Office; Excel, Word, PowerPoint

· Ability to work under pressure and juggle many tasks

· Build up good working relationships with external and internal peers

· Confidence dealing with visitors and all levels of management in a face-to-face environment

· Ability to remain calm and have a welcoming demeaner

· Excellent communication skills - verbal and written

· The ambition to do what it takes to make a difference in a market leading organisation

· Flexible approach to working patterns
