Receptionist

Premier Work Support are currently recruiting for a professional and friendly Receptionist to join our client's team on a temporary basis in Oxford.

As the first point of contact for visitors, you'll play a key role in creating a welcoming and professional environment. We're looking for someone with a positive, can-do attitude who takes pride in delivering excellent customer service.

• Greet and register all visitors in line with site security procedures
• Answer incoming calls and manage room bookings
• Support the management team with events and day-to-day office coordination
• Ensure the reception area is safe, tidy, and welcoming
• Build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
• Promote a positive workplace experience through proactive service
• Maintain a keen eye for detail and share feedback to improve service

• A confident communicator with a warm, professional manner
• Someone who thrives in a customer-facing role
• Organised, proactive, and able to multitask effectively
• Previous reception or front-of-house experience is desirable

The hours of work are Monday to Friday, 8.00am to 5.00pm.
