You will be working for a legal entity based in North Bristol.
Your new role
You will be covering 3 days of receptionist shifts based at the front of house, duties include:

• Answering phones and incoming emails
• Assisting with administrative work ad hoc e.g. printing, scanning, franking.
• Greeting guests and visitors in the appropriate manner.
• Being able to direct visitors to the correct personnel

What you'll need to succeed

• Previous receptionist or front of house office experience.
• Kind, welcoming manner
• Professional approach to the job role.
• Basic MS Office skills, as well as printing and scanning skills required.
