Receptionist Monday - Friday, 12:30pm - 5:30pm

Position Details:

• Job title: Receptionist
• Hours: Monday - Friday, 12:30pm - 5:30pm
• Location: Near Hythe, Kent. Due to the location of the office, which is not accessible via public transport, having your own transport and a valid driver's licence is essential.

• Hybrid: No, office based, due to the nature of the role
• Start date: ASAP to shadow the current Receptionist who is retiring
• Salary: £13 per hour, 25 hours a week = £16,900pa, FTE = £25,350

Key Responsibilities:

• Being the voice of our client, directing calls and providing information with a smile.
• Ensuring calls are directed to the appropriate team members, maintaining a seamless flow of communication.
• Greeting visitors with warmth and professionalism, creating a welcoming atmosphere.
• Managing incoming and outgoing post, ensuring timely delivery and organisation.

You'll be the ideal candidate for this role is you have the following:

• Experience working on a busy reception desk

• A professional telephone manner
• A positive and enthusiastic personality and someone who enjoys interacting with people
• Excellent organisational and multitasking skills
