Job Title: Part-Time Receptionist
Location: Law Firm, Bradford
Working Hours: Wednesday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 5.30 PM
Salary: Competitive, based on experience

We are seeking a professional and friendly part-time receptionist to join the team and be the first point of contact for their valued clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist clients and visitors in a professional and welcoming manner
• Answer and direct incoming calls, handling inquiries with confidence and discretion
• Maintain a tidy and organised reception area
• Schedule appointments and manage the firm’s diary
• Organise meeting rooms pro-actively
• Provide administrative support to the legal team, including filing and document preparation
• Handle client queries and direct them to the appropriate department
• Ensure confidentiality and adherence to legal protocols

Key Requirements:

• Previous experience as a receptionist or in an administrative role, preferably within a legal environment
• Strong communication skills, with a professional telephone manner
• Exceptional organisational and multitasking abilities
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office and general office equipment (knowledge of legal software is a plus)
• A strong attention to detail and the ability to handle sensitive information confidentially
• A friendly, approachable, and customer-focused attitude
