Based in Carlton, Barnsley, S71 3HF - The home of Mr Kipling
Salary - £14,387 per annum
Permanent, Part Time (22 Hours per week) 

A part time, permanent opportunity has arisen at our Barnsley site for a Receptionist to join our team. You will be responsible for providing a high level of customer service, welcoming visitors and dealing with general queries on our Reception area. 

Hours of work are - Monday - Thursday 08:00 - 12:30 and Friday 08:00 - 12:00. Will need an element of flexibility to be able to cover an afternoon for holidays and absence.  

The successful candidate will:

• Sign in visitors 


• Order stationery and other equipment 


• Process invoices


• Deal with general queries which could be by telephone, email or in person


• Process post and deliveries 


• Work with and build relationships with all departments  

What we need from you:

• Good numerical and IT skills including the use of Microsoft Office.


• Excellent communication and organisational skills


• Ability to deal with a wide range of people verbally and in writing


• Able to work on own initiative, work to tight deadlines and organise information well


• Excellent time management skills


• Customer Service skills 


• Able to multi task and prioritise own workload
