Receptionist Part-Time Temporary Rochester

Are you a friendly and organised individual looking to make a positive impact in a vibrant educational environment? We have an exciting opportunity for a Receptionist to join our dedicated team in a school.

Contract Type: Temporary
Hourly Rate: £12.21 per hour
Start Date: Monday 2nd June
End Date: Friday 4th July
Working Pattern: Part Time 12.30pm - 4.30pm Monday - Friday
Location: Rochester

About the Role: As the first point of contact for our visitors and staff, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming atmosphere.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Greeting visitors with a warm smile and friendly demeanour
• Answering phone calls and directing inquiries to the appropriate staff
• Managing the reception area to ensure it remains tidy and inviting
• Assisting with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and scheduling appointments
• Maintaining a positive and professional image of the school at all times

What We're Looking For:

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Strong organisational skills with a keen attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and prioritise in a busy environment
• A cheerful personality that thrives on making others feel welcome
• Prior experience in a similar role is a plus, but not essential!
