Are you looking for a short weekly shift in a professional and friendly environment? Our client is seeking a dependable and personable Front Desk Assistant to cover reception duties every Thursday from 12 PM to 3 PM while their team attends a weekly lunch.
This is a solo-working role, ideal for someone confident, organised, and comfortable managing front-of-house responsibilities independently.

- Greet and assist visitors in a professional manner

- Handle incoming and outgoing couriers

- Respond to tenant enquiries

- Answer phone calls and take accurate messages

- Sort and distribute post

- Previous front desk or reception experience preferred

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

- Friendly, proactive, and professional attitude
