Job Description - Recruitment Administrator

Location: Horsforth, Leeds (LS18)
Role: Permanent, Part-Time - 2-3 days/week
Salary: £30,000 FTE

We now have a unique opportunity for an experienced Recruitment Consultant, In-house Recruiter, HR Professional, or someone well-versed in interviewing people and wants to make a difference. 

About the Role:

It is a varied and dynamic role, ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and contributing to multiple aspects of the recruitment process.

You will play a vital role as part of the in-house recruitment team, with a range of responsibilities from candidate sourcing, screening & interviewing to client relationships & administrative tasks.

You will use your understanding of the client’s hiring objectives to help deliver an efficient, first-class, outsourced recruitment service, whilst also ensuring a positive recruitment journey for their candidates.

What you’ll do:

? Work with our Account Managers to support the recruitment process for our high-value customers

? Work closely with our other part-time In-house Recruiter to help deliver our comprehensive service

? Manage end-to-end recruitment campaigns from kick-off to wrap-up

? Screen & interview candidates via telephone and video

? Schedule interviews and communicate with clients

? Help to source amazing candidates as part of our Headhunting service

? Work closely with hiring companies to improve recruitment success
 

About You:

The ideal candidate will have some experience of hiring & recruiting staff, strong organisational skills, and a proactive approach to their work. If you are enthusiastic, positive, and eager to learn we want to hear from you.

You will be building relationships with hiring companies and involved with the candidate process, so good communication, a confident personality and a friendly approach is vital. While this is not a sales role, you will be identifying opportunities for potential upselling to clients throughout their recruitment journey from our comprehensive product library.

Key Skills and Attributes:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong command of written English.

  • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

  • Experienced in Microsoft Office, Google Docs, and CRM systems.

  • Previous experience of HubSpot is an advantage.
