Job Description:

A vacancy has arisen for a Recruitment Administrator to provide administrative support to a recruitment function. The role is part-time, temporary, and based in Kent, with a scheduled start date of 26th August 2025.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support for recruitment processes
• Schedule interviews and communicate with candidates
• Maintain recruitment records and documentation
• Assist with onboarding paperwork and compliance checks
• Liaise with internal departments and external applicants

Requirements:

• Experience in administrative or recruitment support roles
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and recruitment systems
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping

Terms:

• £12.98 per hour

• Annual leave entitlement pro rata based on 25 days plus bank holidays
