We are seeking a driven and personable Engineering Recruitment Consultant to join our dynamic Manchester team. You’ll be responsible for sourcing top engineering talent across a range of sectors including manufacturing, mechanical, and electrical engineering. • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from initial brief to placement
• Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, networking, and referrals
• Conduct interviews and assess candidate suitability
• Provide consultative advice to clients on market trends, salary benchmarking, and hiring strategies
• Meet and exceed individual and team KPIs
• Maintain accurate records using the company’s CRM system

• Proven experience in recruitment (engineering sector preferred but not essential)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
