Recruitment Resourcer

ITS Plymouth Limited has over 20 years experience recruiting temporary workers to the construction industry in Devon and Cornwall. We are part of the wider ITS Group with over 50 years of construction recruitment experience.

We are looking to take on a Recruitment Resourcer in our Plymouth office. Ideally you will have worked within a similar role before and be able to work under pressure.

The job role:

The role will be part of a busy, fast paced environment providing key support to the sales team, supporting consultants to identify and fill live roles using a range of techniques and processes

Main duties:

* Advertise live roles by drafting and placing adverts on multiple job boards

* Using social media to advertise positions, attract candidates and build relationships with candidates

* Deal with advert response and register new candidates

* Make outbound calls to candidates to find out availability, generate leads and qualify for roles

* Learn and develop a good understanding of candidates, their roles and responsibilities and duties

* Check references and candidate qualifications, and adhere to compliance / right to work ID checks

* Learn and use the database to update candidate availability, records and contact history

* Answer the phone, take messages and transfer calls to the sales team

Candidates must be computer literate and have an excellent phone manner and preferrably as hold a full clean driving licence. Previous admin / sales environment experience would be beneficial.

Full training on all our processes / systems will be provided

This position could potentially lead to a full time career in the Recruitment Industry as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant for the right candidate.

Part time role, hours can be flexible to suit initially.
