NonStop Care are working with a newly established Children's Residential Service in Oldham, who are seeking a Registered manager to join their team on a contractual basis. This is an opportunity to open and set up a unique children's.

About the Role

• Open the home and recruit a permanent Registered Manager to replace you.
• Manage the staffing, resourcing and budgetary requirements to ensure our children and young people have a safe, warm and welcoming home where they can grow and develop.
• Grow a team of capable workers to ensure their continuous professional development & the betterment of the service.
• Develop, lead and manage new 2 bedroom homes.

Requirements:

• NVQ Level 5 & DBS clearance
• Registered Manager experience
• A full driving licence
