Job Description - Registered Nurse

Please note that our client DOES NOT offer Tier 2 Sponsorship

StaffNurse (RGN or RMN)
Hours: 30 hours per week (alternating 36/24 hour weeks) – day shifts only
Pay: £21 per hour


Our client is proud to offer an exciting opportunity for an experienced and motivated Staff Nurse to join their beautiful nursing home, providing exceptional care for older adults with nursing and dementia needs.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Registered General Nurse (RGN) or Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) who is passionate about delivering person-centred care and who thrives in a nurturing, professional setting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality nursing care tailored to the individual needs of residents.

  • Support residents with a range of health and emotional needs, particularly around nursing and dementia care.

  • Work collaboratively with colleagues, residents, and families to create and implement care plans.

  • Ensure clinical standards are maintained in line with regulatory requirements.

  • Promote a positive, inclusive, and respectful environment for all residents and team members.

  • Participate in training, supervision, and team meetings to continuously develop professional skills.
