Position: Registered Nurse, Days

Location: Local to Huddersfield

Salary: £22.00 per hour

Hours: 36 - 48 hours per week on Days

Registered Care Categories: Dementia, Old Age, Mental Health Conditions

Job Specification:

* Develop the skills of the care team

* Promote and maintain a high standard of nursing care

* Create and develop care plans for residents

* To work within the NMC Code of Professional Conduct

* Must be RGN/RMN Qualified

* Excellent communication skills

* Respond to incidents in a professional and appropriate manor

* Regularly assess resident's needs and develop services to reflect this
