A Religious Studies Teacher is needed in a Coeducational Secondary School & Sixth Form in South West London.

This Religious Studies Teacher position can be part or full time and will be permanent.

Teaching for this Religious Studies Teacher post will be for KS3 to KS5 classes.

You can still be considered for this Religious Studies Teacher role if you don't have experience of teaching A Level/KS5 lessons.

The salary for this Religious Studies Teacher position will be between £37868 and £56154, depending on the qualifications and experiences of each applicant.

The School

A Mixed Academy for pupils aged 11 to 18 years old, located in the London Borough of Kingston Upon Thames.

Established in 1937, the school has grown to become an iconic part of the community.

There are currently just over 1100 pupils enrolled.

Facilities include state of the art computer suites, a sports hall, gym facilities, drama studios, music studios and science labs.

The Sixth Form is one of the best performing across the country, consistently achieving results ranking them in the top 10% nationwide.

On average, 40% of pupils go on to Russell Group universities.

Requirements

Applications are welcome if you're a recently qualified Religious Studies Teacher or experienced Religious Studies Teacher.

Applications are also welcome if you're a British trained Religious Studies Teacher or overseas trained Religious Studies Teacher.

All applicants must have the following in order to be considered for this position as a Religious Studies Teacher:

• Right to work in the UK
• UK QTS or an overseas equivalent
• Clear and up to date Enhanced DBS
• Experience as a Religious Studies Teacher in UK schools
