Lawrence Cleaning Services is currently seeking a diligent and energetic individual to join our team as an Afternoon Cleaner/ Supervisor in the NN8 area times Monday to Friday 16.00 to 18.00 and Friday 12.00 to 14.00. As a leading provider of professional cleaning services, we are committed to providing our clients with exceptional service and results. Key Responsibilities:

- Cleaning and maintaining various commercial and residential properties in the NN8 area

- Supervising and training a team of cleaners to ensure quality and consistency in work

- Creating and implementing cleaning schedules and procedures

- Conducting regular inspections to ensure work is completed to company standards

- Ordering and maintaining inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment

- Communicating effectively with clients to address any concerns or requests

- Assisting with recruiting and onboarding new team members

- Adhering to health and safety regulations and company policies

Requirements:

- Previous experience in a cleaning or supervisory role

- Knowledge of cleaning techniques and equipment

- Strong leadership and communication skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines

- Excellent time management and organizational skills

- Experience with recruiting and training is a plus

- Must be able to pass a background check and provide references
