Lead Engineer - Insurance FinTech Scale-up

Are you interested in architecting the future of global insurance payments? A rapidly scaling FinTech ($100M Series C) is seeking a Lead Engineer to spearhead their platform evolution and lead a high-performing squad.

You'll be transforming how insurance claims are paid globally, enabling payments in 45 seconds across 200 countries. Working with major players like Lloyd's of London, you'll lead the modernization of their cloud-native platform while building and mentoring a team of talented engineers.

Tech Stack: .NET Core, C#, Azure, TypeScript, React, Event-Driven Architecture

Location: Central London or fully remote
