Part-Time Finance Analyst

We're partnering with a national charity to recruit a detail-driven Part-Time Finance Analyst to support a major, high-profile partnership project. Working closely with budget holders, you'll provide clear financial insights, empower decision-making, and help maximise the impact of restricted funding. This is a 18 hour per week fixed term contract until April 2026, with the possibility of extension.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide financial analysis and monthly reporting to project stakeholders
• Review, challenge and support budgeting and forecasting processes
• Build strong working relationships with non-finance colleagues to improve financial engagement
• Support the accurate recording and reporting of project income and expenditure
• Prepare and deliver reports for internal and external stakeholders
• Assist in reviewing business cases and analysing funding opportunities
• Contribute to developing and improving reporting tools using financial systems

You'll bring:

• Experience in project or contract accounting
• Strong analytical and Excel skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement
• Confidence handling multiple priorities and tight deadlines
• Charity sector or restricted funding experience is a bonus, not a barrier.

This organisation offers a very generous holiday allowance of 30 days plus bank holidays (pro rata) for part-time, as well as a very flexible and supportive working culture. It is home-based with occasional travel to the London office required.
