Are you an experienced personal tax professional ready to step into a Senior Manager position? Our client, a well-established Top 20 firm of Chartered Accountants, is looking for a Private Client Tax Senior Manager to join their successful Maidstone office. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual looking to work with high-net-worth individuals, entrepreneurs, and trusts in a leading national firm.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Managing a portfolio of complex private clients including HNWIs, non-doms, and trusts
  
  
• Reviewing compliance work and providing high-level personal tax advisory services
  
  
• Advising on inheritance tax, capital gains tax, residency, and estate planning
  
  
• Leading and mentoring junior staff within the tax team
  
  
• Working closely with Partners on business development and client strategy
  
  
• Keeping up to date with tax legislation and HMRC developments
  
  

About You:

• CTA qualified (or ACA/ACCA with strong personal tax experience)
  
  
• Proven experience in a similar role within a UK accountancy practice
  
  
• Strong technical knowledge in private client tax matters
  
  
• Excellent communication and client relationship skills
  
  
• A natural leader who enjoys mentoring and team development
