Due to continued growth, my client, a leader in environmental, energy and water infrastructure services are looking for an Employee Relations Advisor to support their HR Business Partners across various sites and divisions in the South!

? Role: Regional ER Advisor

? Salary: £40k FTE

? Job Type: Permanent, part time, Mon- Friday

? Location: Covering M4 corridor

This role is crucial in maintaining and enhancing employee relations, ensuring compliance with employment laws, and supporting the organisation's growth. This is a progressive role with scope to grow into a lead position in the next 12 months!

If you have experience in a high-volume/fast-paced ER role or a HR role with significant ER responsibilities, used to working in fast-paced operational industries such as retail, manufacturing, or logistics, this is a fantastic opportunity offering home working with occasional visits to site.
