🌟 What You’ll Be Doing:
Respond to guest enquiries via chat, email, and phone with warmth and professionalism
Monitor and maintain accurate responses in our centralised inbox and other booking tools
Review reservations for errors, discrepancies, and overbooking risks
Assist with daily inventory management and optimise room and group bookings
Liaise with on-site teams to resolve booking queries and share accurate information
Support improvements in systems, processes, and overall guest experience

âś… Experience in reservations, hospitality, customer service, or contact centre roles is preferred.
