Residential Surveyor

Our clients based in Norwich, are seeking a Residential Surveyor to join their team, carrying out Surveys in Norfolk and North Suffolk.  The role will be working up to 2-3 days on an employed basis. The position is working with a well established property company that specialise in Residential and Commercial property and Residential Surveying.

Working hours:

• As a Residential Surveyor, you’ll be required to work up to 2 -3 days a week

Our client is offering the successful Residential Surveyor:

• Circa £20,000 per annum for 2 day working week / £30,000 per annum for 3 day working week

As a Residential Surveyor, your role will involve:

• Carrying out Mortgage Valuations
• Level 2 and 3 Surveys
• Compiling Survey reports

To be considered for the Residential Surveyor role you must have:

• RICS qualifications
• Industry Experience
• Own Vehicle
