Residential Surveyor

We are currently looking for a Residential Surveyor to join our clients, a well-respected independent practice in the Oxfordshire area. Our clients are a friendly, supportive practice that provides administrative support and the ability to work from home.

They are open to individually looking for either full-time or part-time work.

The successful Residential Surveyor will be offered:

• Up to £50,000 Basic (pro-rata for part-time)
• On Target Earnings of £60,000 - £65,000 (pro-rata)

To be considered for the Residential Surveyor role you must have:

• Experience in Level 2 Surveys
• VRS
• Experience in report writing using tablet technology

As a Residential Surveyor, your role will involve:

• Carrying out Private Valuations
• Carrying out level 2 and Level 3 Surveys
