Residential Surveyor

Due to expansion and increased business levels, our clients are looking a Residential Surveyor to join their team in the Tyneside area on a Consultancy basis. The role is available on a part time basis working 2/3 days per week. Our clients provide PI insurance, admin support and are looking for AssocRICS or MRICS individuals with experience in Level 2 and 3 Surveys

Working hours:

• As a Residential Surveyor, you’ll be required to work part time
• Remote working, with 1 day in office per month

Our client is offering the successful Residential Surveyor:

• £40,000 - £60,000 OTE
• 60/40% split in favour of Surveyor
• Leads provided

Residential Surveyor requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Residential Surveyor
• Minimum AssocRICS qualified
• UK driving license
• Strong communication skills both written and verbal
