Residential Surveyor

Are you an experienced Residential Surveyor / Consultancy Surveyor working to work on a highly attractive 70/30 split?

Due to an increase in workload, our client is looking to expand its team by seeking experinced Residential Surveyors / Consultancy Surveyors to work 2/3 days a week, on a highly attractive 70/30 split.

Our client is a well-established private surveying practice that has both a strong brand and excellent reputation.

Working hours:

• Flexible - ideally to work 2/3 days per week
• Remote position

The successful Residential Surveyor will be offered:

• 70/30 Commission split
• £35,000 - £80,000 OTE dependent on work carried out

Requirements for the Residential Surveyor role:

• Carrying out Level 2 and 3 Surveys
• AssocRICS qualification
• VRS preferred
