Sales - Marketing

This is a flexible, commission-based role where you earn money each time you refer a patient to one of our trusted partner clinics in Turkey.

You can do this job in your spare time, at your own pace — no fixed hours or targets. We provide all the support, materials, and training you need.

As a Healthcare Services Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting our clinic and hospital services directly to individual patients. You’ll leverage your personal network, community presence, and outreach activities to introduce patients to private healthcare options, support them through the inquiry and booking process, and help grow our patient base.

This role offers both full-time and part-time flexibility — ideal for individuals with existing networks or a background in health, wellness, or community engagement.

?? Key Responsibilities

• "Actively communicate information about our clinical services — including diagnostics, treatments, and specialist consultations — to individuals within your community."
• Identify and approach potential patients through personal connections, social networks, and local outreach
• Explain service options, treatment benefits, and pricing in a clear and supportive manner
• Build and maintain trust-based relationships with local communities and wellness groups
• Record and manage leads, follow-ups
• Represent our brand at relevant community events, public health fairs, and outreach booths when needed

? What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience in sales, community outreach, or patient engagement is a strong plus
• A strong personal or professional network in health, wellness, or local communities
• Excellent communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated, proactive, and confident working independently
• Comfortable working remotely, with flexibility in scheduling
• Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus)
