Role Overview

We’re looking for a confident, caring, and proactive Support Worker to work closely with a young person, helping them build independence, confidence, and life skills in a safe and supportive environment.

✨ In this role, you will:

• Build a strong, positive relationship with the young person


• Support emotional wellbeing and positive behaviour


• Encourage independence through activities and daily routines


• Help create a safe, structured, and engaging environment


• Be a consistent, reliable presence they can trust


• Record progress and communicate effectively with the wider team

Requirements

We’re looking for someone who truly cares and wants to make a difference:

✔ Experience supporting young people with additional needs (ASD, ADHD, mental health)
✔ Level 3 in Social Care (or similar) preferred
✔ Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience
✔ Calm, resilient, and confident in challenging situations
✔ Strong communication and teamwork skills
✔ Must be a driver
