Wills & Probate Solicitor – Fully Remote – Part-Time

Candidate must be within one hour commuting distance to Telford office

About the Role:
Our client is currently seeking a self-motivated and experienced Wills & Probate Solicitor to revive and lead a currently dormant department. This is a unique opportunity to build a department from the ground up, using an existing bank of wills and latent client demand as a springboard.

This is very much what you make of it with very limited to work from the outset, however for the right person it is ideal for someone looking to grow into a leadership role over time. You'll enjoy a high degree of autonomy, working remotely, while maintaining the flexibility to meet with clients—many of whom are elderly—in the Telford area when needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the revival and development of the Wills & Probate department
• Handle updates and inquiries related to an existing bank of wills
• Build relationships with current clients and develop new business opportunities
• Offer in-person consultations where appropriate, primarily around Telford
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and security standards

What We're Looking For:

• Qualified Solicitor (England & Wales) with experience in Wills & Probate
• Proven ability to work independently and take ownership of projects
• Excellent client care and communication skills
• Ideally located within commutable distance of Telford
• Comfortable working remotely and flexibly
