Reporting Assistant

Veritas Laboratory Services is expanding! We are a dynamic and growing team dedicated to delivering high-quality laboratory results and exceptional customer service. As part of our growth, we are looking for a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Reporting Assistant to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and maintain Excel or Word reports based on operational needs
• Generate PDF reports and update result summaries
• Send finalized reports to customers after internal approval
• Ensure accuracy and consistency in all documentation and communications

Requirements

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PDF tools
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Good communication skills for internal coordination and customer updates

• Flexible working hours - part-time (min. 25hrs) or full-time (35hrs/week), Monday to Friday between 08:00 and 16:00

Due to limited public transport links to the laboratory, access to reliable transport is necessary.
