Resident Engagement Lead (Part-Time - 21 hours/week)
Location: Tooley Street office with travel to Aylesbury Estate
Rate: £350/day (umbrella)
Interviews: Week commencing 4th August
Start Date: Week commencing 18th August
Hybrid working - minimum 1 day per week in the office (Tuesday attendance required)

Are you passionate about building strong community relationships and delivering high-quality resident engagement? We're looking for an experienced Resident Engagement Lead to join our team on a part-time basis (21 hours per week).

In this dynamic role, you will take the lead on shaping and delivering impactful resident engagement strategies for one of our key regeneration projects. You'll be responsible for:

• Developing and implementing comprehensive engagement plans and communications

• Producing letters, flyers, and other materials to support effective outreach

• Working closely with media, communications teams, and key stakeholders

• Using platforms such as Commonplace and other engagement tools to capture and respond to resident feedback

• Attending evening meetings on the estate (TOIL will apply)

• Proven experience in directly leading resident engagement initiatives

• Strong ability to create tailored engagement materials and communication strategies

• Confident working independently with excellent IT skills, including sourcing, manipulating, and presenting information

• Ability to identify and locate relevant data or resources to support engagement goals

• Comfortable engaging with stakeholders at all levels, including residents, council teams, and the media

• 21 hours per week

• Must be available in person on Tuesdays

• The remaining 14 hours are flexible and can be spread across the week to meet business needs

• No DBS required

• Mainly office-based with occasional site visits

• Evening work required from time to time (with TOIL)
