They are now seeking an experienced Residential Property Lawyer/Fee Earner on a full-time or part-time (minimum of 3 days), permanent basis.

Responsibilities
You will demonstrate considerable experience in the below duties, but not limited to:

• Handling a varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters
• Sale and purchase
• Freehold, leasehold and unregistered land
• Re-mortgages
• New builds
• Shared ownership
• Help to buy
• Transfer of equity

The Candidate
Joining a busy, friendly team, this is a fantastic opportunity for Qualified Solicitors, Legal Executives, Licenced Conveyancers or Paralegals with a minimum of 4+ year’s experience in a similar role, to utilise their skills within residential conveyancing.
The successful candidate will handle a varied caseload of residential property matters from initial instruction through to completion without supervision:

• Technical proficiency in residential conveyancing is essential

• Strong IT skills
• Must be comfortable working without supervision
• Works well under pressure to meet tight deadlines
• Has excellent attention to detail
• A strong communicator both written and verbally
• Strives for high standards in their work
