Experience: Minimum 1 year in residential conveyancing

About this Role

As a residential conveyancer, you will manage your own caseload, including:

• Sales and Purchases of residential properties
• Residential Property Investments and Lettings
• Re-mortgaging
• New Homes transactions
• Matrimonial Transfers
• Probate Sales
• Help to Buy
• Shared Ownership and Joint Ownership

Requirements

• Qualification is NOT required
• You will have at least 1 year’s experience as a conveyancer handling your own caseload
• Solicitors & Legal Executives are welcome – as are Licensed Conveyancers and unqualified Fee Earners who have managed a caseload
• Able to deliver excellent client service
