Residential Conveyancer

An excellent opportunity for an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join a well-established, prestigious firm based in central York on a part-time basis. Ideally 4 days a week.

The role:
Manage a caseload of residential property transactions from instruction to completion
Handle sales, purchases, remortgages and transfers of equity
Draft and review contracts, leases and legal documentation
Liaise with clients, solicitors, estate agents, lenders and other parties
Conduct property searches and review title documentation
Ensure transactions progress efficiently and meet deadlines
Provide clear, professional advice and regular client updates
Strong knowledge of the residential conveyancing process
Ability to manage a busy caseload independently

You will need
3-4 years of residential conveyancing experience
Excellent organisational, communication and attention-to-detail skills

Part-time opportunity working 4 days a week. There is flexibility for 1 working from home day per week.
