Residential Conveyancer (Locum)

Rate: £40 - £50ph

• 3 - 6 month recruitment gap position on full or part time basis, offering hybrid remote working

Our client, a long-standing independent legal practice in Bristol, is seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join their supportive and knowledgeable team on a temporary basis.

The successful Residential Conveyancer will work alongside a collaborative team, handling a diverse caseload of residential property transactions, including sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties.

• Manage a varied caseload of residential property transactions

• Provide expert legal advice to clients in plain English

• Ensure timely completion of sales and purchase transactions

• Maintain accurate and detailed records of all cases

• Collaborate effectively with the experienced residential property team

• Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive, or equivalent with circa 4+ years' experience

• Strong knowledge of residential conveyancing processes and procedures

• Excellent communication and client relationship management skills

• Ability to work efficiently and accurately in a fast-paced environment

• Proficiency in relevant legal technology and case management systems

• Competitive hourly rate of £40 - £50 per hour
