Residential Conveyancer - Locum

My client, a successful law practice in Devon, is urgently seeking a skilled locum Residential Conveyancing professional to support their Residential team. This is a full-time position, lasting 3 to 4 months, with an immediate start required.

About the Role:

You will take over a live, varied caseload involving residential property transfers, including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, developer transactions, shared ownership, equity release, re-mortgages, and more. The right individual will be confident managing a larger caseload with minimal supervision, supported by a team of experienced administrative and technical colleagues.
